At Perceptive Healings and within our online club, Perceptive Wellness Club, we embody a set of core values that guide us on our journey to holistic well-being:

1. Awareness: We cultivate conscious awareness, allowing us to witness our experiences with greater presence, compassion, and understanding.

2. True Self: We recognize and honor our true selves, trusting the path of self-discovery and self-acceptance as we grow, heal, and evolve with greater ease.

Guiding Principles

Grounding is rooting to rise.

I affirm and ground into the Earth and the physical body.

I affirm and ground into your embodied Consciousness

I affirm and ground into Greater Spirit and Source, into the Universal Beingness that holds the heart of our Oneness.

A grounded state brings stability, sustenance, and ease through daily life experiences. It is a true collaboration, at all times and in all forms, with our physical world and our spiritual beingness. Through this grounding, I recognize and honor my true self.


Setting intention is your daily guiding light.

The Universe can ever, only give what you ask for. Visioning your day defines and sets your intention. Self-love, self-compassion, and dharma clearly define your intentions for your highest good. Negative intentions, whether unknowingly stated or thought, and programmed negative self-talk are resolved through uplifted intentions born from self-love.


Simplicity Nurtures Identity Evolution

Simplicity creates the space needed to nurture identity evolution. It gently invites the release of past conditioning and the limiting mindset of “I know who I am,” opening the way for deeper self-awareness, growth, and inner expansion.
